Beatrice's Story
Did you love dressing up Barbie? Well then Beatrice is the perfect fit for you! Beatrice is a 2 year old Schnauzer. She has great experience with children ages 5-13 who will carry around and dress her up. She gets along well with other dogs. Her favorite to play with is tug of war. She doesn't mind being pampered, she's always calm when getting groomed. After her spa day, she'll come back home and love to lay up next to you. After her refreshing nap, she'll join you for a walk. She takes pride in how well her leash training is. She'll show off her moves to you like sit and command. Occasionally she may have an accident in the house and bark during walks but she is happy to work hard and show you how good she can be. Sometimes, Beatrice can have some trouble doing number two (she is a lady so she does not love to talk about this dirty stuff, but her foster will be happy to fill you in). She sometimes may cry while trying to pass a number two because Beatrice had an ""rectal stricture"" which was broken surgically, leaving some scar tissue. Fret not, this sounds worse than it is! Beatrice takes 2ml of Miralax twice a day, which seems to help her. Walking and playing seem to help Beatrice as well, so all the more reason to spend lots of fun time together!
