Disney's Story
**LOCAL ADOPTION ONLY** Please apply only if you're local to Central FL and willing to drive this precious pup to ALL follow-up appointments on our timeline. Her spay (when old enough) + microchip are included with your adoption donation and must be completed with our vet in Central Florida, scheduled by our coordinator. Meet Disney! This 2-month-old Dachshund blend pup weighs 6 lbs. Disney is a sweet and cuddly pup ready for lots of snuggles with her forever family! General Behavior: Disney is a snuggle bug and is the quietest pup among her siblings. She enjoys the companionship of her humans and spending time resting next to them. Likes & Dislikes: Aside from a quality snuggle session, like most puppies, Disney enjoys yummy snacks, playing with her toys, and a nice long nap! Training: As a young pooch, Disney will require a patient family committed to all things puppy. She will need to be taught skills such as basic manners, leash walking, and house training. Medical: Disney is a healthy gal and will just require her monthly heartworm and flea prevention. Other Animals: This easy-going pup enjoys the company of other dogs and wouldn't mind sharing a home with another. She is also a good friend to felines! Children: A home with children would be just fine for this sweet girl. Home: A single-family home or dog-friendly apartment living would be perfect for Disney! She requires a family that is not away from home more than 4 hours at a time and can offer her the attention, training, and exercise she needs as she grows. Grooming: This pup has a smooth and short coat that will not require much upkeep other than regular baths and nail trims. Overall: Disney is an affectionate and sociable girl who is easy to love.
