LIAM's Story
This is LIAM! He is 8 weeks old and 5.1 lbs as of 12/16/23. Based on his current weight, we think he will be a small dog. Liam was found by one of our volunteers with her sister, Mila, only 2 weeks ago in Puerto Rico and was flown to the States! He is now available to be adopted in the Tampa area! He has put on his Christmas best in hopes of attracting some attention! :) The foster describes him as caring, playful, sweet, cuddly, and very funny! When he was found by our volunteer, he protected his smaller little sister like the best brother he is. He was a little concerned for his sister when the volunteer came to rescue them but quickly realized she was on his side. He's such a good brother! The foster named him Liam because that means "protector". Right now, his favorite thing to do is EAT! He loooves meal time. He is not a picky eater. He is outgoing and loves to engage in a good game of chase around the house. He also loves cuddles and being pet. His favorite toy is the kind that makes crinkly sounds, especially the ones that are a little fuzzy. And since it's near Christmas, he especially loves his fuzzy crinkly reindeer. He loves other dogs and he would be great in a home with another dog. If you happen to be looking for 2 pups, he and his sister are great together! But he would be fine with another new pup as well! If you are a potential adopter with no other pups, that's fine too as long as he gets the attention she deserves! :) He is doing great with housetraining. He is currently doing his business on wee wee pads and is very consistent about it. He's a smarty pants!
