Bing's Story
Bing! This handsome 1.5-2 yr old cocker spaniel is Bing. He is around 25-30 lbs and an absolute love. He is always smiling and is happy to make any new friends. Bing found himself in need of a new home when he was living with some well intended but unrepared for the responsibility young guys. He lived in the city and is used to leash walking and walks well. That doesn't mean he wouldn't love a fenced yard, if you happen to have one! He is really just happy to roll with whatever. Bing previously lived with a cat and likely could peacefully coexist with one again, with proper introductions. While he can initially be a bit pushy and rude with new dogs, particularly while on leash, he actually is interested in making new friends and could live with another dog with appropriate introductions and some boundaries. Of course he would also be happy as your one and only. Bing has been working on crate training since joining us. Any adopters should be prepared to work with him on housebreaking as he was not kept on a schedule or routine in his previous home. Bing's adoption fee includes neutering, vaccinations and microchipping. He is also heartworm negative and up to date on preventatives and basic vetting.
