Hope's Story
*HOPE IS LOOKING FOR A FOREVER HOME WITH ANOTHER DOG & A FENCED IN YARD* Hope is a 5 year old spayed female Miniature Poodle who weighs 16.4 lbs. Hope came to All 4 Paws from a commercial kennel after being retired from breeding. This little girl will need a patient family willing to give her time to learn about her new life as a cherished pet. The transition from kennel to couch has been a scary one for her, but she is doing her best to be brave. Hope loves other dogs and is learning a lot about her new life from her canine companions, so having another dog in her forever home will be essential. Hope didn't pay attention to the cats she was introduced to so sharing her forever home with kitties should be okay. She'll also need a physically fenced in yard for her safety and training. This poor girl is still wary of humans, though she is beginning to make progress in her foster home. She is slowly learning how to "dog" and has even started bouncing around outside and letting her guard down a little. Hope is absolutely beautiful both inside and out! She has so much potential - all she needs is a chance. In a quieter environment with a patient family, we know she'll thrive. she just needs a little extra time to feel safe and secure.
