Gumbo's Story
Meet the New Orleans pups! Gumbo (NS4017), Muffuletta (NS4018), and Praline (NS4019) are 10-week-old Aussie boys looking for forever homes! These little 12lb cuties, along with two siblings, were surrendered to NS by a breeder who didn’t want them anymore. They were living outside so we are so glad we could get them into warm and cozy foster homes while they wait for their families to come! Luckily, all 3 pups are super sweet, super friendly with humans, and are learning to love the other dogs in their foster home. They are blank slates - so eager to please, will follow you anywhere you go, and just want to be involved in everything you do, even if you don't really want puppies to be doing it with you! They’re smart, almost completely house trained (though accidents should be expected), and working on the basics like napping, playing with toys, and learning that it’s ok to be alone. Gumbo, the red merle with blue eyes, is a complete lover boy. Muffuletta, the red merle with a split face is a little shy, but oh so sweet. And Praline, the red tri, is brave and curious. We’d love to see them go to homes where they can get tons of attention, lots of continued socialization and training, and can be loved forever. All three boys would probably do well with dogs, cats, and kids, and would love to become a part of your family. They are UTD on shots, and need to be neutered when they are at the proper age.
