Meet Phineas! Phineas is approximately a 2 year old Terrier Mix. He was brought in from another shelter. He's a little nervous when he meets new people, but once he warms up, he's a total sweetheart! He loves cuddles and affection! Phineas would enjoy a comfy lap to sit in as he watches the world go by. If you are my furever home, come visit me at Valley Animal Center's dog adoption center.
