Knox's Story
AN INQUIRY FROM PETFINDER IS NOT AN APPLICATION! READ THE ENTIRE POST FOR INFORMATION HOW TO APPLY. Please know Knox is NOT HYPOALLERGENIC - he does shed some!!! Meet Knox! Knox is a 3 month old male goldendoodle and he weighs about 16 pounds right now, but he is still growing, and could be anywhere from 40-60 pounds full grown. Knox arrived in rescue with his littermates when they were surrendered. Knox is all puppy and will need a family that is ready for doodle exuberance and antics. He will need his forever family to continue to work with him on life skills like potty training, leash training and socialization while using positive reinforcement. His foster mom says: Knox is a super sweet and gentle boy. He is one of the bigger ones in the house and he will play with the littlest dogs so nicely. I think he actually prefers them to the bigger dogs. He can be a bit of a loner at times and always wants to be outside with us. Knox will keep you laughing with his goofy antics. His signature move we call the “Nox Out” because he will go out in the yard and kind of stagger a couple steps, flop down in the grass and start stretching and rolling around. He loves to get attention but is not really pushy and will wait patiently for his turn. Knox is great in the bath and will just stand there barely moving while he gets scrubbed up and rinsed. He has a tendency to wind up with some sort of dirt on him so he has a lot of baths in his future. LOL! Knox is neutered, up to date on vaccines, on flea and heartworm prevention and microchipped. Knox is fostered in the Orlando area and his adoption donation is $500. If you are interested in applying to adopt Knox, please visit www.floridalittledogrescue.com to read the adoption process and complete an application! Please note that emails simply asking "Is this dog available" will not be returned, as applications are worked in the order received and availability largely depends on when you apply:) Please also know we do not adopt out of state! Thank you!
