Burt's Story
Meet Burt a lively, happy Beagle mix who will be turning 2 in May. Some of his favorite activities include walks, treadmill, fetch and the flirt pole. He loves playing and chewing bones, but once you tire him out, he will give you the best cuddles. Burt adores tummy scratches and may start to kick his foot if you find his sweet spot. Burt is a loyal dog who will stay by your side. He is food motivated and very willing to learn new skills with positive reinforcement. He is crate trained and will go to the door and let you know when he needs to go out. He is neutered, micro-chipped, and up to date on all vaccines. Unfortunately, in his current home he is showing some stress & resource guarding with an older dog in the home. He would do best being the only pet in the home with older, dog savvy children.
