Rick 's Story
Please do not apply unless you have experience with dogs like this. Meet Rick! Rick is a 5 pound, 3 year old, yorkie mix. Although Rick is tiny and adorable, this boy needs a very understanding home. Rick and his brother where found roaming the streets in horrible condition. It is believed that this boy lived outside with very minimal human interaction. This means that Rick needs a very understanding home with lots of time. Currently Ricks foster his able to hold him and he will not bite her. She has gotten him to start using potty pads, but he is still very nervous and unsure. This isn't the type of dog who will run up to you at a meet and greet. Or the type you take home and let in the backyard or take on a walk. Rick will try to bolt out doors and run away from his person. He needs someone with a lot of time and patience who will work with him on learning the good dog life. Someone who will bond to him and show him that love is good. Rick is looking for a home with no children. He is good with other small dogs. He is crate trained and very quiet. He does have a beautiful long coat that will require regular grooming. Could you be this sweet boys forever?
