Oscar's Story
Oscar is a 3 year old neutered male poodle who weighs 17 pounds. This cutie is going to need an understanding family, as he is a bit shy, but we can see that he wants to be loved. Oscar is pretty quiet, but has not shown any signs of aggression with us. He has tested great with other dogs and would do best with a fenced in yard and another dog to show him the ropes.
