Sunny's Story
*Do not post - Adoption pending* Dog Name: Sunny Breed: Aussie/Collie mix Sex: Male Age: 10 weeks Weight: 11 lbs Medical Needs: Grass Roots has scheduled Sunny to be neutered on May 1, 2024 at Humane Animal Partners (701 A St., Wilmington, DE 19801). Adopters must keep his appointment as a condition of adoption. The appointment will be in Delaware and it is the adopters responsibility to bring him to the appointment. Adopters must either live in DE or within 1 hour of where the appointment is scheduled. Housebroken: Not yet. Working on it! Crate trained: He takes naps and sleeps all night in his crate. Good in the car: He hasn't taken any car rides yet. Good on a leash: He loves going for walks with his doggy sister and my kids. He does a good job keeping up. Energy level: He is pretty chill for a puppy but does have spurts of energy. Need a fenced in yard: No Dog Friendly: He LOVES my female rescue and follows her everywhere. If yes, does your foster need another dog in its adoptive homes? Not necessarily. Cat Friendly? Not yet tested Kid Friendly: He loves my 6 and 9 year old kids If yes, what's the youngest child you'd recommend they be placed with? Any age with supervision because those puppy are sharp! Special traits that make your foster special or that we need to know about them? Sunny is the softest and sweetest boy that loves to snuggle up in your arms. He also loves being outside, rolling and romping around in the grass.
