*I'm currently available Foster-to-Adopt as I am still waiting to be spayed* Meet Carrie! She is a Chihuahua Mix. Carrie and her three sisters came from another local animal shelter. Since her arrival, she had that puppy energy but also has that lap dog personality. She enjoys spending her time hanging out with her sisters and playing tug-a-war.
