Splash's Story

She was rescued after being abandoned as a young puppy with her litter mates in Puerto Rico. She is 11 weeks old and weighs 8 lbs. Splash loves her crate, playtime, and people. She absolutely loves to be held and cuddle in your lap. She’ll make a great companion for a family or a pet parent. We expect her to be small to medium in size once fully grown. She is available for adoption in Northern Virginia/DC/MD. Since we cannot do home visits at this time, please make sure to follow the application instructions and include photos and video in lieu of a home visit.
