Peppermint's Story
Meet Peppermint! Peppermint is about 1 year old and weighs 15 lbs. We think she looks like a Scruffy Terrier Mix (just a guess). Peppermint is the sweetest dog. She LOVES everyone she meets and is outgoing and friendly. Peppermint does well with other dogs, but will sometimes be possessive over people. She does except correction with no problem. Peppermint would do best in a home where someone is around a good portion of the day as she currently has this with her foster mom. Peppermint is not in a foster home with children, but we think she would be fine with respectful children 6 yrs and up. Peppermint is spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative and microchipped. ***You must be at least 25 years of age to adopt from Canine and Kitties Rescue*** The adoption fee for this dog is $375.00, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. ***Please note that our first step in approving adoption applicants is to complete a vet check. Vetting of current and past pets is very important to us, thus we will be speaking with the vet(s) listed on your application to ensure that your current and previous pet(s) are kept up to date on vaccines (including rabies), spayed or neutered, maintained on appropriate monthly preventatives and examined annually by your vet.*** Our organization cannot guarantee the exact breed of any animal in our care.
