Jagger's Story
Jagger is an 8 week old, 8.5 lb male Retriever/Terrier mixed breed. Jagger is currently located in South Texas and will be transported. Jagger may be named after the famous Mick, but he is more of a couch potato than a rocker. Jagger is one of the more calm and relaxed puppies in a litter of 8. Mom was saved after giving birth outdoors, under a house, and all puppies were placed with her in a great foster home. Now they are growing and exploring, and getting ready to venture into the great outdoors (aka. the backyard). Jagger is a work in progress with potty training, though he generally does well using the potty pads indoors, but as a young pup he is still learning. He enjoys playing with his remaining siblings and exploring the house, and is very happy to chew the day away with one of his little toys. Jagger is a friendly, mellow guy, and gets along well with the resident dogs and cats. With his calm temperament and sweet nature, he would likely do well in a home with other dogs, cats or children. You will definitely experience "Satisfaction" if you make this cutie a member of your family, so call and ask to meet him now. He is young, but ready to meet his forever family and head out on a new adventure. (Note: Jagger is not yet neutered but will be prior to leaving on transport). Our organization only adopts within the United States. Faith and Hope is a multi-state rescue with locations in Texas, Washington, Oregon, Maryland, and Connecticut. All dogs and cats are rescued from the state of Texas to be transported to Washington, Oregon, Connecticut and Maryland with placement in their adoptive family’s homes. Our $700 adoption fee includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies) spay/neuter, microchip and transportation) If interested in learning more, please email us at [email protected] or fill out our online application. https://www.faithandhopefoundation.org/adoptionapp If interested in learning more about our adoptable pets, the adoption process, or our home based foster program, please contact us at the above email.
