Puppy B's Story
Puppy B is a wirehaired terrier mix that is now 10 weeks old. He will be a part of our Foster to Adopt program where puppies are fostered in their future forever homes until they are able to be spayed or neutered, then the adoption takes place after they are altered. This allows the puppy to be in a home environment and work on training instead of being stuck at the shelter until they are old enough to be altered. Puppy A and his siblings are going to be on the smaller side as we do know the parents of these little guys (there mom and dad are both in the 10–12-pound range). To be a part of the Foster to Adopt program you MUST reside in Pennsylvania, be within an hour drive of the shelter, fill out an application to be an approved adopter and understand that they will need trips back to the shelter for vetting.
