Bagel's Story
hi Bagel! This tiny pipsqueak is a 3 month old goldendoodle. He was surrendered to our care from a Lancaster breeder as he was suspected to be blind so of no value to them. Bagel came to us in horrible shape but thankfully, under the watchful eye of his foster mom, he is now better than ever. With no more fleas, he is gaining weight and growing like weeds. He is a happy, friendly puppy that does really well in his foster home. He loves everyone and is often found snuggling with the resident pet pig. Bagel came to us visually impaired. Based on his scabs and scars on his scull, we suspect at some point another dog bit him causing the injury and him loosing his sight. Since coming to us, his injuries have healed and he has regain partial sight but he is still impaired in some degree. Due to that, we are looking for a calmer home with no young children, since he is a bit more fragile and needs time to orient himself at home. He will need to meet any dogs at home. He will come neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and 4dx tested. ** If you are serious about adoption, please fill out the adoption application on our website www.phoenixanimalrescue.com His adoption fee is $500** Phoenix Animal Rescue Chester Springs, PA Kennel License #5152
