Flora's mother is a small terrier mix, weighing only 13 pounds, but we’re not sure who his dad is. She was born in our foster home after we rescued mom while she was pregnant. Flora has grown up in a loving environment, surrounded by care and affection, and now she’s ready to find her forever home. After adoption she can arrive in the New England area on Thursday, November 21, and she would love to go home to her new family. Could Flora be the perfect addition to your family? Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, up to date shots, Microchip, Alabama Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application. Please be advised that our volunteers are busy rescuing, transporting, and caring for our animals. We will respond to your application as soon as possible. Upon review of your application, the rescue in AL will contact you, so you can ask any specific questions that you may have. NOTE: All Paws of Dixie animals are located in AL foster homes. They will be transported north after adoption. If there is more than one decision maker in the home, all of them should be in agreement. We DO NOT adopt to anyone under the age of 21
