Amigo's Info

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Amigo's Story

A quiet Dalmatian is a special treat for an owner, and Amigo will bring this sort of peace to his new home. His dark brown eyes have a special gaze that shows you just how affectionate and gentle he is. Five years young, Amigo is housebroken, neutered and up to date on all vaccinations. A moderately sized Dalmatian, he weighs about fifty pounds, which makes him an ideal candidate for someone needing a Dal who is perhaps easier to control or walk.

At his last home, Amigo wandered out of his yard and was attacked and severely wounded by another dog. The vets at the Riverside Shelter stitched him up and he’s as right as rain now. His former owner found him in the shelter but decided to relinquish him. In this way, a loveable dog came into our care. During his two week hospital stay at our veterinarian`s, we also had his teeth cleaned.

Amigo is a handsome fellow who does not like other dogs because of his terrible experience and he is not fond of cats. He will enrich some lucky person’s life with warmth—and with gratitude for being given a second chance to live in a loving home.

We place our dogs in the Southern California or nearby areas only. We do not ship dogs.

Adoption fees range from $275 to $400. The lower end is charged for older dogs and the higher end is for puppies or young dogs.
